Hammerwell Incorporated has been building homes since 1977. Our projects are typically marked by an emphasis on minimalist modern styling, natural and ecologically-friendly materials, energy efficiency, and spaces that live bigger than they are. In homebuilding, value is often created by size. However, Hammerwell’s philosophy can be summarized as, “Less is more, and style is substance.” More than once, large real estate developers and commercial contractors have selected Hammerwell to build their own personal homes—an affirmation of Hammerwell’s commitment to good design, the best building practices and business integrity.
Less is more and style is substance

Its homes and design ideas have been featured in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Better Homes and Gardens, Colorado Homes & Lifestyles, Western Art & Architecture, Modern in Denver, Dream Homes of Colorado, Mountain Living and more.
