Working from home became a necessary stopgap measure to keep companies running amid the COVID‑19 crisis, but it has evolved into a new business paradigm.

Month of Modern partnered with BC Interiors/Haworth to host an open dialogue focusing on the Workplace of the Future and how the pandemic has forced employers to face new workforce and workplace realities.

The panelists discussed how employers are addressing the workplace of the future, meeting their workforce where they are and moving from discussions to decisions and action. While there is no playbook, as employers look to rebuild/redesign their workplaces, there is a clear opportunity to remedy longstanding gaps and inequalities ranging from occupation and income to collaboration and digital access and beyond.

In addition to having a good time, we brought together many people who want to cultivate a conversation about Colorado modern, and present the greater Boulder region as one of the nation’s most vibrant hubs of modern design.
